Accessing the timeless part of ourselves can offer a wider vantage point whenever we need deeper discernment.

Bring to mind something you are currently wrestling with. 

 

Take a few deep breaths. You are invited to meet your future self for a conversation, 5 years from now. Imagine what it feels like to encounter them.

Ask them these questions:

What do you love about your life?

What is it we do now?

How did you navigate the situation I am wrestling with?

As you leave, notice they have a gift for you? What is it?
